Camloc tool 2383RT01-1AY is a removal tool that can be used for grommets 2383GF14 and 2383GF15

 

 

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS OF Camloc Tool 2383RT01-1AY

STEP 1

push the stud nut in hold out position and place the counter bearing (1) between the stud nut head and the panel

 

 

 

STEP 2

fit the removal tool to mate the threaded rod (2) with the internal thread of the stud nut (3)
Turn the knurled head (4) (and the T-handle (5)) until thread is fully engaged.

 

 

 

STEP 3

Rotation of the T-handle (5) in the clockwise direction will center the push-out bushing (6) and push the collar (7) of the grommet through the protection ring (8) and/or through the panel

 

 

 

STEP 4

Unscrew the tool from the stud nut and bring the tool back into  starting position by turning the T-handle (5) in counterclockwise direction until it touches the knurled head (4)
separate stud assembly and (if present) ring (8) can be easily removed.

please not there exists also 2383RT01-2AY and 2383RT01-3AY but we do not have info regarding these.
